Our Story

The story of Lamar Farms began way back in 1960 when Henry Lamar, and his wife, Marilyn, purchased a farm in Sale City, GA. Henry's son, Clay, farmed alongside him all his life growing tobacco and other row crops. As agriculture has changed, so has Lamar Farms.

The farm is now in its third generation, and is run sibling trio, Clayton, Cuy, and Kyli, along with their Dad. Kyli and her husband, Julian also raise Katadhin sheep. They seek to offer locally grown produce and grass-fed beef and lamb to their community.
